Office Manager

Note: We are seeking candidates who are proficient in English and one of the following languages: Italian, French, German, Polish, Bulgarian, Balkan languages (e.g., Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, or other Balkan languages)

We are looking for an Office Manager for our office located in Amsterdam.

Role objective:

  • Create and maintain a professional working environment in which all employees feel at place and can work productively
  • Keep all general office and employee related administration up to date and organized

Office Management tasks

  • Maintaining an up to date, organized and professional looking office
  • Receive and facilitate guest on arrival
  • Support the team in organizing business trips
  • Organize daily catering including lunch, snacks and borrel
  • Point of contact for QS Vets social activities

HR administrator tasks

  • Develop a positive company culture by supporting the team
  • Manage all projects related to employees and office
  • Update company policies
  • Keep the company handbook and organization chart up-to-date

Minimum Qualifications:

  • >3 years’ of working experience in similar role;
  • Preferred: experience combining operational HR with HR project delivery
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Team player with a professional and positive attitude
  • Available for minimum of 32 hours, maximum of 40 hours per week
